According to the Kenya Population & Housing Census conducted in 2020 by the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS), Kenya's total population stands at 47,564,296 individuals. 

The demographic distribution between males and females reveals a nearly balanced gender ratio, though there is a slight predominance of females.

The male population in Kenya is recorded at 23,548,056, which constitutes 49.5% of the total population. This figure indicates that nearly half of Kenya's population is male. On the other hand, the female population numbers 24,014,716, accounting for 50.5% of the total population. This represents a marginal but notable predominance of females over males. The gender distribution reflects a relatively even split, with females slightly outnumbering males, which has implications for various social and economic factors, including planning and development strategies.
